Hope is a funny thing. It can be illusive, slipping through our fingers with the slightest disappointment. Hope can be surprisingly strong, showing up in the most challenging circumstances. From those who have gone before us in faith, we have seen that hope is not simply an attitude, it is a choice. Hope is not a wish for this or that, but hope is a power. When we lean into our hope, it can take us to places that we would not know otherwise.
