OVERVIEW OF CHILDREN & FAMILY MINISTRIES AND PROGRAMS
Children have been seen as a vital part of Village Presbyterian Church since our founding in 1949. We provide a high-quality, Christ-centered environment in which children can be valued, nurtured and introduced to the love and grace of Jesus Christ. Whether on a Sunday morning, at a weekly preschool or development center class, or summer camp, we strive to offer children a place where they can thrive. Children can delight in the joys of childhood, explore and learn, develop nurturing relationships and discover the beauty of God's unconditional love for them.
Sunday worship is vital to the life of the church family, and children are an integral part of this weekly family gathering. Kids of all ages are always welcome to join their families in the Sanctuary for worship! Look for activity bags in the Sanctuary, specifically designed to engage children during the service. In Sunday School, children will again have opportunities to encounter the transformational message of God's love through age-appropriate Bible lessons, lively music led by our very own Dino O'Dell and activities led by trained teachers. Join us!
