A Prayer Service for Hope and Wholeness

Along our life’s journey each of us encounters numerous challenges. Illness and loss engage all of us in struggles that can be significant. Difficulties come, bringing doubts with them. Acknowledging this reality, the Pastoral Care and Counseling Department invites you to A Prayer Service for Hope and Wholeness on specific Sundays in Friendship Hall. Together we will sing, pray, and read scripture. We will listen quietly when God speaks and we will support one another in the manner of Christ. Scripture calls upon us to bear one another’s burdens (Ephesians 6:2) and promises that where two or three are gathered together in his name, Christ will be with us. (Matthew 18:20). Trusting in those truths we encourage you to join us for A Prayer Service for Hope and Wholeness.
