Village Congregational Survey

This is an invitation to participate in planning at Village through an important survey. We hope you will take a few minutes and let us know your thoughts - we anticipate that it will take about 10-12 minutes to complete the survey below.

Our congregation is changing and growing - did you know that 12% of our congregation has joined in the last three years? This survey will help Village more accurately understand the current needs of our church family. Your responses will be confidential and will help shape decisions impacting worship and ministry.
